Headquartered in Pune, with its consumers majorly situated in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh. Netsurf network is also spreading its wings widely across Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh & West Bengal with its presence in more than 300 districts across India.
Netsurf Network's product portfolio consists of organic farming, health & wellness and personal care products. In order to ensure quality of the products, Netsurf, with the help of its in-house research and development unit, manufactures all the products in a GMP certified manufacturing plant situated at Himachal Pradesh and Maharashtra. The quality of the products has also been approved by national agencies such as National Organic Certification Association (NOCA) and Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) laboratory.

Journey of Netsurf from year 2000 to till date.
It was the year of conceptualization and Netsurf network entered in the Indian market with Information Technology products.
In May 2001, Netsurf started to operate with a base of 80 Independent Distributors.
The number of Independent Distributors increased 500 times within a year of operation and by the end of 2002 we had 40,000 Independent Distributors who had joined hands with us .
Netsurf started its own production of green farming products and implemented distribution process. Number of Independent Distributors increased to 150,000. During the same year Netsurf introduced its binary point system to maintain Independent Distributor’s income systematically.
Netsurf extended its product line by introducing Health & Wellness brand ‘Naturamore’.
Netsurf introduced a well designed training and seminar program in order to assist ever increasing Independent Distributor base.
Netsurf customer and Independent Distributor base reached to half a million (5 lakh Independent Distributors) milestone.
Netsurf again extended its product line by introducing personal care, purely herbal, products with a ‘Herbs and More’ brand. Gauging market trends Netsurf underwent Rebranding exercise.
Netsurf introduced its first ‘Club Netsurf’, which is a unique mix of training and entertainment specially designed for its Independent Distributors.
Netsurf introduced a Family Protection Plan (FPP) for its Independent Distributors who have achieved specified points. It includes mediclaim insurance, personal accidental insurance, life insurance and loyalty bonus.
Netsurf redesigned the Club Netsurf program. From this year onwards Independent Distributor’s families were also invited for the same. It was mainly aimed at recognizing the strength provided to our Independent Distributors by their families. During this year itself, customized training programs were introduced for Independent Distributors who have achieved particular points.
Netsurf achieved another milestone when its Independent Distributor and consumer base reached 1 million mark during this year. With the help of inputs from our in-house research and development unit, Herbs and More was given a face-lift through altering the content of the products and with the introduction of new packaging.
With a more visionary point of view, post achieving a turnover of over $12millions, Netsurf further involved itself in various customer engagement activities. Special customized training programs were introduced and conducted across the geographies. A new enhanced supply chain management system was introduced to ensure smoother product availability and it also helped to strengthen the user database of the company. Keeping in mind the global trends in the direct selling industry, Netsurf introduced improved business plan in the market that would match the global standards with a consumer centric approach leading to a win-win situation for all stakeholders of the business.
